Data we collect
We only collect the data needed for our services:
- Quote or contact request: name, email, phone, make and model of your truck, type of project, message and, if you add them, up to 4 photos of your vehicle. Photos are resized, stored on our server in a protected folder and can only be viewed by CT-Custom.
- Contact via WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy policy.
- Order in the shop: name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone, order contents and purchase history. Payment is handled by our payment provider: we never have access to your full bank details.
- Customer account: username, email and encrypted password, if you create an account.
- Email or phone exchanges: the content of our exchanges and the photos of your vehicle that you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and connection logs kept by our host for website security, and strictly necessary cookies.
- Visit statistics: we count page views, where visitors come from (search engine, social network…), language and device type, anonymously and grouped by day. No cookie, IP address or identifier is stored, and these figures cannot identify you. They are calculated on our own server, without any external service.

We do not send newsletters and we do not use your data for advertising purposes. We never sell or rent your data.
Who can access it
Your data is processed by CT-Custom and, only when necessary, by our processors:
- the website host and the email provider;
- the shop's payment provider;
- the carrier delivering your order;
- our accountant or payroll office, for legal obligations.
These providers only use your data to provide their service to us and are bound by confidentiality. If one of them processes data outside the European Union, this transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
- Quote request with no follow-up: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years for follow-up and guarantee.
- Invoices and accounting documents: for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
- Customer account: until it is deleted, or 3 years after the last login.
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
- Photos attached to a quote request: deleted automatically with the request, at the latest 3 years after it.
- Anonymous statistics: 25 months maximum.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data at any time:
- access and copy;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- portability.
To exercise a right, write to info@ct-custom.be. We reply within one month. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.
Filing a complaint
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
The website is accessible over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the website administration and to your data is limited to the people who need it and protected by password.

We may update this policy, in particular if our services change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
