Are LED roof bars and beacons allowed on the road?
It depends on the equipment and how it is used. Additional lights must be type-approved, and some may only be switched on when stationary or off public roads. Before fitting, we explain what is allowed for your truck, and we install separate switches so you can comply with the rules.
How long does fitting take?
From a few hours for an accessory to one or more days for a complete project. The duration is stated on the quote, so you can plan the time the truck is off the road.
Do you come to the customer?
Yes. We work in our Ciplet workshop or directly at your premises, anywhere in Belgium and France. Travel conditions are set out in the quote.
Is the quote free?
Yes, the quote is free and without obligation. To speed things up, send us a few photos of your truck with the quote form or on WhatsApp.
Which truck brands do you work on?
We equip tractor units and rigid trucks from all the major brands: DAF, Volvo, Scania, MAN and others. Tell us the make and model: we check that the parts are compatible.
Can I buy the parts and fit them myself?
Yes. Our accessories and lights are available at the workshop, and soon in our online shop. For lighting and electrics, we recommend professional fitting: incorrect wiring is not covered by the guarantee.
What guarantee do you offer?
Products from the shop come with the two-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers. For work carried out in the workshop or on site, the guarantee conditions are set out in the quote.
What do I need to provide for livery or a logo?
Ideally your logo as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG). If you don't have one, send what you have: we will work out together how to adapt it.
Do you work for company fleets?
Yes. We harmonise the livery and lighting of several trucks and schedule the work with you, to keep your vehicles off the road as little as possible.
